We work with producers who operate in facilities registered with the FDA where required and who follow applicable Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) practices.
Honest claims
We describe our foods by flavor, ingredients and preparation. We do not make medical, digestive-health, probiotic or disease-related claims, and we display certifications only once they are verified.
Cold-chain handling
Refrigerated products are stored at or below 40°F (4°C) and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.
