When your order arrives
- Refrigerate perishable items immediately upon delivery.
- If a refrigerated item arrives warm to the touch (above 40°F) contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
Storing fermented foods
- Keep refrigerated products at or below 40°F (4°C).
- Always use a clean utensil; keep vegetables submerged in brine.
- Natural fermentation may cause pressure in jars — open slowly over a sink.
- Discard any product with fuzzy mold, an off smell, or a bulging lid on arrival.
Kombucha
Kombucha naturally contains trace alcohol (under 0.5% ABV). Keep cold and do not shake.
Honey products
Do not feed honey-containing products to infants under 1 year of age.
